Shipping methods and delivery times

JEANSTRACK guarantees delivery of the order to the carrier the same day for all orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM (Spanish time) , provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day .
Please note that delivery times are calculated in working days and may be affected by local or national holidays .
Additionally, if you choose the payment method Bank transfer , the order will not be shipped until we have the confirmation of payment by the bank .

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Monday to Friday at 13:00 h , except holidays.

⚠️ Attention: We do not ship to post office boxes .

For shipments to the Canary Islands, VAT (21%) does not apply , but Yes, customs duties apply . Jeanstrack assumes the Export DUA , and the client the Import DUA .
We cannot determine the exact amount of taxes, as they depend on the tax system, such as the IGC and the Canary Islands customs .
For guidance purposes (non-binding), rates usually range between €25 and €50 , plus the corresponding percentage Canary Islands IGIC .
